A GRG Banking drive-through terminal running on the KAL software platform for a leading telecom operator. Supplied, integrated, installed and supported by MGT, so customers can complete self-service transactions without leaving their car.

The project
From challenge to result
02Solution
A GRG Banking through-the-wall terminal, set into an outdoor wall for drive-through use and running on the KAL software platform. Drivers use the touch screen, card and contactless readers, PIN pad, QR code reader, fingerprint reader and receipt printer from the car.
03Delivery
MGT supplied the terminal, and our software team integrated it with the operator's systems on the KAL platform. Our field engineers installed it and support it locally.
04Result
Customers complete self-service transactions without leaving their car, and routine transactions move away from the store counter.
